wear your
TOPS T - Shirt so that we can get the word out to
the
General
Public that
Weight Loss, Exercise, along with a Sensible Eating
Plan are all goals to a healthier lifestyle.
Bring your Spouse, Friend,
Co - Worker, any family member that you feel will
benefit. Come out
and enjoy the camaraderie among your fellow TOPS
members. Dress
in costume depicting the time of year, such as,
Halloween,
Thanksgiving,
etc. if you like. Let's make it a fun time!
Brochures will be handed out, water available.
Bring a lunch for after the walk if you like.
