2011 SRD Packet

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

Please use the Hotel Registration Form (included in the SRD Packet) or call when making reservations for the Doubletree Hotel Birmingham.  Use of this form, insures that the hotel will reserve your rooms at the special rates provided for SRD.  See enclosed directions for hotel location.  Room Rates are $117.00 plus applicable tax.   Rooms must be secured by credit card or first night’s room deposit. The parking will be $10.00 per day on the attached parking deck. REMEMBER: Informing the hotel that you are with the TOPS convention has a direct bearing on not only your special room rate, but also on the cost of SRD.  Each hotel charges a fee for the use of meeting rooms, equipment, setup, cleanup, etc.  These charges are negotiated based on the number of rooms the Convention guarantees to book.  For this reason we need to receive credit for every room used by a TOPS member or guest.  Please do your part.
